The Schumacher products of the Easy Cut II generation will be available for the spare parts business area-wide in 2010. Cutting systems for setup changes are Easy Cut II standard from now on. All Schumacher products as from 2010 are compatible with the previous series.

The new Schumacher guard S4 gets more grain through the cutting system in the same time. To achieve this, the cutting edge was lengthened by 7% and the cutaway enlarged for better thru-flow.

Hold down roller from two perspectives

The new hold down roller holds the knife in a safe, straight line, no matter what speed. The downward pulling force on the knife is therby compensated.

The new standard crop lifter lasts longer. Why? Because the gently curved bottom runner takes the pressure off the riveting at the mounting modul. The new slimProfile prevents the reel tines getting caught when reversing.
